Compatibility Statement

Joomla Versions:

Our current offering and all future offerings whether they are Community Builder specific plugins or CMS compoments, modules or plugins are designed for Joomla only. To be more specific, the components from JoomlaExtensions were developed to be 100% compatible with the latest version of Joomla (1.0.13) and the latest version of Community Builder (version 1.1)
None of our products have been tested on Mambo. Nor can we say that they will work with Mambo. Please do not purchase any of our components in the hope that they may work with any other version of Joomla/Mambo.

What about Joomla 1.5?:

Joomla 1.0.x and Joomla 1.5 are totally different beasts. JoomlaExtension's policy is to create components for stable releases of the Joomla CMS. Version 1.5 (at the time of writing this article) is still in beta and as such we make no claim that our components will work with Joomla 1.5 even in legacy mode.

It is also our policy to not create components to fit with Joomla 1.5 legacy mode. Once Joomla 1.5 is released as a stable product we will revise our components to determine the extent of the changes required to make them Joomla 1.5 compatible. As a general rule of thumb, if any of our components require major code changes to make them Joomla 1.5 compatible we will not offer these components as part of any existing upgrade policy. These components will be deemed "new components" and will require seperate licenses.

SEF URLs:

All of our components are only tested with Joomla's Built-In SEF solution.Our components have not been tested with any other third party SEF solution and we make no guarantees that our components will work with such solutions. Please do not automatically assume that compatibility is implied.
