Your purchase and use of our products indicate that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

• JoomlaExtensions (a subsidiary of ANGEK DESIGN) grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the products you acquire through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You may only use each individual product on one domain and a single Joomla installation on that domain (excluding subdomains) belonging to either you or your client. Use on any subsequent domain(s) requires that you purchase additional license(s) for each desired product.
• You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however change or remove the copyright information from any file.  
• You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
• You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from JoomlaExtensions or its parent company.
• You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomlaExtensions. 
• Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall JoomaExtensions, its parent company or any company representative be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.   
• All upgrades and updates are free for the life of each product. JoomlaExtensons' products are designed for the latest stable version of Joomla and tested with only core Joomla functionality and core Joomla modules, components and other said features. As such we cannot guarantee that the products will run with past or future versions of these CMS's nor can we guarantee that any of our products will work with any 3rd party extension developed for the Joomla CMS. 
  
• Once a payment for any of our products has been made an email with the product attached shall be delivered to your nominated Paypal email address. Under no circumstances will our products be delivered to so called free email accounts such as but not limited to Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail. 
• Since we are offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made or product has been purchased. You are responsible for undertaking all reasonable steps to ensure our products will meet your specific needs prior to purchase either by, but limited to, reading and posting questions on the JoomlaExtensions forums, contacting us directly via the "contact us" mechanism of the JoomlaExtensions site, or via our Skype account. The same mechanisms are also available for priority support requests which you are entitled to receive with every software license purchase.
• By purchasing any of JoomlaExtension's components/plugins, creating an account on JoomlaExtension's site, JoomlaExtension's forums, subsidiary sites and partner sites you agree to be automatically subscribed to our mailing list. JoomlaExtensions publishes a newsletter informing existing clients, registered users on JoomlaExtension's site and/or forums, and prospective clients of, but not limited to, version releases of our software with bug fixes, new updated components, new components, competitions on a monthly basis. You may elect to opt out of our mailing lists at any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found at the bottom of all our newsletters.
• JoomlaExtensions will not sell nor rent your mailing details or make publicly available any said information. Your details may be provided however to our partners who work with us to bring you JoomlaExtension's components and products.
• JoomlaExtensions reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
